Florida's minimum wage goes up to $14

Florida's minimum wage increased to $14 per hour for non-tipped employees and $10.98 per hour for tipped employees on Tuesday as part of the voter-approved Amendment 2. This is the next step in a phased plan to reach $15 per hour by Sept. 30, 2026.
