Oviedo City Council approves license plate reader lease

The City of Oviedo has voted, 3-2, to approve a license plate reader lease. The mayor voted against the lease, citing privacy concerns, but the police chief says he disagrees with that. Oviedo Police Chef Dale Coleman joins Good Day Orlando to talk about why.
