Florida man accused of dumping senior dog on rural road

A West Palm Beach man is facing charges after deputies say he abandoned his 11-year-old dog on the side of a rural road in Martin County. The Martin County Sheriff?s Office said Anthony Miller, 28, drove to Indiantown and left his Shiba Inu, Coco, in a desolate area before driving away. Deputies later located Miller and arrested him.
