Officer accused of slamming handcuffed woman to be in court

Former Ormond Beach police officer Jacob Cannon is set to appear in court on Friday for a plea and a sentencing. He's accused of forcefully slamming a handcuffed woman, Shanna McRee, to the ground inside the police department during a DUI investigation.
