Apopka commissioner alleges meeting minutes altered

There is a battle of words happening within the Apopka City Council over the words that summarize their meetings. Seat 4 Commissioner Nick Nesta alleges that meeting notes ? usually referred to as meeting minutes ? are being altered. Commissioner Nesta wants the city to adopt a policy about how meeting minutes should be documented and archived. In a recent vote, the Apopka council voted 3-2 not to take up that proposal.
