Flagler County inmates foster homeless kittens

The Flagler County Sheriff?s Office, in partnership with the Flagler Humane Society, launched a kitten-fostering program at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, allowing inmates in the SMART recovery program to care for homeless kittens as a therapeutic tool to support addiction recovery, mental health, and rehabilitation.
