Teens charged for 'Swatting' calls over video game

Two out-of-state teens were arrested after making fake emergency calls to Polk County law enforcement in June 2025. FOX 35's Manny Martinez learned that the teens decided to make these calls due to some kind of disagreement while playing Fortnite. Polk Co. Sheriff Judd said the two were playing the video game with the child who lived at the address mentioned in the false reports.
