911 services fixed in Central Florida counties: What happened?

FOX 35's Marie Edinger spoke with county officials after emergency lines were down for almost 6 hours in multiple Central Florida counties Tuesday. The Lake County Dispatch Center says a fiber line was cut. However, their backup plan worked perfectly and they say it was good practice.
