American flag production ramping up

As Americans get ready to celebrate the Fourth of July, a Kansas City company is hard at work making sure the nation?s most iconic symbol is ready to fly. Allied Materials produces around 1,000 flags a day, supplying government agencies like the Department of Defense and VA, and crafting the same flags used to honor fallen soldiers.
