Palm Coast man allegedly strangled dog, wife speaks with FOX 35
A Palm Coast man was arrested Thursday on a felony charge of aggravated animal cruelty after investigators say he killed a dog through strangulation earlier this year. FOX 35's Stephanie Buffamonte spoke with the man's wife, who says she is now divorcing him.
