Hundreds of speeding tickets wrongly issued

Hundreds of drivers in Brevard County received speeding tickets for violations that allegedly occurred in school zones ? but not in their own county. The tickets claimed the drivers were speeding through school zones in Miami-Dade County. The problem: they were never in Miami.
