Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse: What to know, when to watch
During a Total Lunar Eclipse, the darkest part of the Earth's shadow covers the entire surface of the moon, turning it a deep orange-red color. It is often called a “Blood Moon” because of this phenomenon. And this is the event that we will see in mid-March.
