Pinellas Co. Commissioner wants Rays owner to sell team

Pinellas County Commissioner Chris Latvala joined Florida Live to break down around a billion dollars the Tampa Bay Rays committed to spending between a new St. Petersburg stadium, repairs to Tropicana Field, and development of the Historic Gas Plant District, which includes an African-American History Museum. Commissioner Latvala says the Rays need to honor the deal they signed, or sell the team.
