Manatees will not be added to the endangered list

Patrick Rose, an aquatic biologist, and executive director of the Save the Manatee Club, joined FOX 35's Garrett Wymer on Florida Live to break down the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service keeping manatees off the endangered species list, despite a notable increase in deaths over the past decade.
