Monique Worrell sworn in as Orange-Osceola state attorney

Monique Worrell was officially sworn in as Orange-Osceola state attorney for Florida?s Ninth Judicial Circuit in front of a crowd of supporters and her team of prosecutors on Tuesday morning.
