'I don't have the answers': Sheriff Chitwood on boy's drowning
In seven days, two children with autism went missing in Volusia County and were tragically found dead in water, Sheriff Mike Chitwood said. In both cases, separate cases, both children ran off quickly. "I don't have the answers," Sheriff Chitwood said. But, he said, he's working on any and all solutions, including helping families with technology to act as alarms and the ability to track.
