Orlando ends curfew set after Halloween shooting

Orlando lifted a curfew enacted after a mass shooting on Halloween night, ending the city’s state of emergency. The curfew expired just in time for the Electric Daisy Carnival, an annual music festival scheduled to begin in Orlando.
