Kappy's Subs closes after 57 years in Maitland

Kappy's Subs, a beloved restaurant that has been part of Maitland for 57 years, closed Saturday. The restaurant said it was forced to close after being unable to come to terms with its new landlord. The owners said they are considering all future options.
