Alleged Ferrari thief arrested at Palm Bay home

Johnathan Costa, 19, was arrested outside a home in Palm Bay on Tuesday afternoon after he allegedly took a stolen Ferrari Spider on a joyride from Rhode Island to Central Florida, according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. Here's bodycam video of the arrest.
