Tropical Storm Debby washes baby sea turtles onto beach

A pair of baby sea turtles were washed ashore in Flagler County as Tropical Storm Debby's impacts were felt in Central Florida. If you see a baby sea turtle on the beach, leave it alone, officials say. Do not touch it and do not put it back in the water.
