Recreational pot, abortion rights going on ballot

A divided Florida Supreme Court on Monday approved placing on the November ballot a proposed constitutional amendment aimed at allowing recreational use of marijuana. The state?s voters will also get to decide whether to protect abortion rights in the November ballot.
