Driver allegedly tries to fool Florida deputies

Edgardo Castillo Cruz was arrested after deputies noticed the registration sticker on his license plate was modified with permanent marker, according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. Deputies reportedly found drugs in his car during his arrest too.
