News conference: Ocala Paddock mall shooting suspect arrested

Ocala Chief of Police Mike Balken provides an update regarding the arrest of Albert Shell Jr., the man accused of shooting and killing a man and injuring an innocent woman inside the Paddock Mall shortly before Christmas last year.
