Infant, adult killed in apartment fire

An adult and an infant were killed in a fire that broke out in a Daytona Beach apartment overnight, according to officials. Officials said they are ruling this incident a homicide because there were two points of fire inside the apartment when it started, which is not typical of these kinds of fires, officials said.
