Tropical Depression 10 could become tropical storm

Tropical Depression 10 is expected to strengthen and become a tropical storm on Sunday, which will be known as Tropical Storm Idalia. The system is currently east of Cozumel, Mexico moving slowly but nearing tropical storm strength.
