Invest 91L continues to develop in the Gulf

An area of low pressure in the Gulf of Mexico -- named Invest 91L -- now has a 70% chance of development, possibly becoming a tropical depression or tropical storm, according to the National Hurricane Center. FOX 35 meteorologist Brooks Garner looks at the system, the track, and the models.
