Invest 91L: 50% formation chance in Gulf

Invest 91L, a tropical disturbance that formed over the northeastern Gulf of Mexico Wednesday near Florida, now has a 50% chance of becoming a tropical system over the next 48 hours or seven days, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory Thursday.
