Re-sentencing trial in 'Xbox murders' trial suddenly put on hold

The re-sentencing for two defendants in the so-called Deltona 'Xbox murders' was put on hold Thursday after an emergency stay was filed with a higher court. At issue are changes to state law surrounding whether a jury needs to be unanimous or not in sentencing someone to death.
