Resentencing trial for 'Xbox murders' leader

The judge presiding over the resentencing trial of the man who was the ringleader of one of Central Florida’s grisliest massacres says he will not use the new state law that says juries do not need to be unanimous when recommending the death penalty. Instead, that judge is sticking to an older version of the law.
