Semi bursts into flames after Volusia County driver fleeing deputies crashes head-on into it

A driver is hospitalized with serious injuries after he crashed head-on into a semi-truck in Volusia County, Florida, Tuesday while fleeing Seminole County deputies, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The driver and passenger of the semi suffered minor injuries.
