Super Fog Disaster on I-95: What went wrong

The Florida Highway Patrol says the Florida Forest Service did not notify the agency of a controlled burn on Wednesday afternoon. Smoke from the fire lingered into the night and mixed with morning fog. The Florida Forest Service says because fog was not in the forecast, they did not perceive a hazard.
