Iran latest: Trump slams Senate following vote to limit war powers

President Trump issued a response after the U.S. Senate voted to approve a war powers resolution that seeks to limit the president’s abilities to continue the conflict. 

The ongoing negotiations in Switzerland to iron out the details of the peace agreement between the United States and Iran continued Tuesday, although the two sides clashed over whether Tehran was going to allow U.N. inspectors into nuclear sites.
