Police: West Melbourne store owner chased down, intentionally hit teen after break-in

A West Melbourne store owner is accused of chasing down a 14-year-old boy and intentionally striking him with his vehicle after a reported break-in, then returning to his business without telling police what happened. The teenager was left seriously injured along the side of the road for nearly an hour before officers found him.
