DCF worker charged for failing to report alleged child abuse

Cristina Feliz, a DCF case manager working in Marion County, is accused of ignoring and failing to report claims of abuse.  When investigators asked why Feliz chose not to report the instances, she said she "did not want to get in the middle of it."
