Tropics forecast: 1st hurricane of Atlantic season forecast

Tropical Depression 9 has formed in the Gulf, and is quickly expected to strength into a tropical storm, then a hurricane, becoming the first hurricane of the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season. It's expected to make landfall along the southern U.S. coast, between Louisiana and the Florida Panhandle. FOX 35's Noah Bergren explains.
