Bicyclist seriously hurt in Winter Springs hit-and-run

A 29-year-old bicyclist was seriously hurt on the morning of Sept. 17 after being hit by a vehicle on Tuskawilla Road, south of Windwillow Circle, in Winter Springs, FHP said. Officials are looking for the suspect vehicle.
