Defending state champion Lake Mary suffered its second loss of the season Friday night as DeLand earned a 33-0 shutout victory in a matchup between two Central Florida football powers. Before kickoff, players and fans observed a moment of silence marking the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, followed by a helicopter flyover.
