Trooper airlifted after truck rams into patrol car

A state trooper's car was rear-ended by a truck driver who failed to follow the 'move over rule' in an active construction zone. The trooper was airlifted to the hospital for serious injuries and he remains stable. The truck driver is pending charges and law enforcement urges people to slow down in construction zones and move over for emergency vehicles.
