Pilot killed in Titusville plane crash after reported engine failure

A pilot was killed Monday after a small plane crashed just after takeoff from Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, authorities said. The aircraft struck trees and power lines before crashing onto a roadway, where it caught fire.
