Motorcycle or e-bike? 11-year-old arrested in Oviedo

An 11-year-old boy in Oviedo will likely have to miss school to attend a mandatory court date after he was pulled over and arrested by Oviedo police for riding his electric powered dirt bike. Officials said under Florida law, the boy's e-bike is considered a motorcycle, and at 11-years-old, he does not have a driver license or registration. The boy's dad is livid about the entire situation.
