COCOA, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A third suspect wanted in connection with a homicide on Vagabond St. last week is now in custody. Markice Harvey, 26, surrendered on Tuesday to authorities at the Brevard County Jail where he is now being held without bond.
Harvey is one of three suspects believed responsible for the shooting death of Dimitric Bailey, 22, whose body was found inside his vehicle at the end of Vagabond Street on Sunday, July 29. Bailey was shot twice after what is believed to have been a robbery for drugs and money.
The other suspects allegedly involved are identified as Xavier Deon Turner, 22, and Kenneth Monte Levatt Jr, 24. All are facing a charge of first degree felony murder, robbery with a firearm and tampering with evidence.
