BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A Brevard County man was charged with robbing a store by using toilet paper.
Deputies say that Xavier Kennedy showed a blow torch and a roll of toilet paper and demanded money.
Police were able to easily track him down thanks to his pink hair.
