DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Daytona Beach's bill for its new homeless shelter is dropping.
The Daytona Beach News Journal reports that 'P-And-S" is doing retention pond work on the shelter and offered to credit the city $1 million for the project.
That would bring the city's total cost to about $4 million.
