Woman accused of running over tow lot owner

DELAND, Fla.(WOFL FOX 35) - The men working at Dixon Towing in DeLand say they have had angry customers, but never like this. 

They say Angel Jenkins jumped in her car, ran over one of the owners of the business, then crashed through a fence.  

In a Volusia Deputy's body camera video, you see the deputy run toward Angel Jenkin's car. She's behind the wheel.

"Sheriffs Office! Get out of the car! Get out of the car now! Get out of the car!"

Jenkins showed up at the lot Wednesday afternoon asking for her car back.  The owner said she didn't want to pay the $700 to get her car back, so she jumped in and ran him over, then rammed the fence.
It took deputies awhile to get her out of the car.
