Simeon Hall to be charged as an adult
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Simeon Hall is being charged as an adult after attacking a teenager just one year after being charged in the death of another local teen.
Hall was 15 years old when he was arrested with another boy and charged with manslaughter in the beating death of Roger Trindade.
He was still in home confinement when this second incident happened earlier this month.
Winter Park police say the now 16-year-old Hall was identified as the person who attacked another boy causing significant injuries to the teen's head.
Hall was arrested again and charged with Aggravated Battery by police. Yesterday the state attorney's office moved the case from Juvenile Court to be charged as an adult.
Hall will make his first appearance in front of a judge on those charges this morning.
