Freeze Warnings for northern counties, Wind Chill Advisory for Orlando metro

LAKE MARY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A Freeze Warning has been issued for Alachua, Dixie, Flagler, Gilchrist, Levy, Marion and Putnam counties. A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for remaining counties in the FOX 35 viewing area. 

Remember the five "Ps" of cold weather safety. Protect people by checking on neighbors, your children and the elderly. Protect pets by bringing them indoors or giving them a warm shelter.  Protect plants by covering cold sensitive species. Protect pipes and/or pool by covering exposed lines and allow outdoor faucets to slowly drip or keep pool pumps running. Practice fire safety when using indoor heating sources. Do not use fuel-burning devices inside.
