The Florida Department of Law Enforcement plans to permanently close the eastbound Ivanhoe Boulevard exit ramp off I-4 on Sunday night.
Transportation officials say it will help widen the interstate as part of the six-year I-4 Ultimate Project.
To get around the closure, people are being asked to use Amelia Street and Princeton Street.
And, drivers can expect another ramp closure next month.
The eastbound South Street entrance ramp will also be permanently closed.
Transportation officials say the construction of express lanes on I-4 will do away with that ramp.
That closure is scheduled for July 7.
