Daytona Beach Police sign up for 'Neighbors' app to help fight crime
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The Daytona Beach Police Department is using a new app to fight crime.
The department joined the 'Neighbors' by Ring app.
It's a digital neighborhood watch on your phone that provides real-time crime and safety alerts from your neighbors and law enforcement.
The police department will use the app to monitor crime and send updates to residents who sign up on the app.
