Pay by the pound at Orlando Goodwill location

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Central Florida's Goodwill Outlet Clearance Centers offers shoppers a unique experience to thrift by the pound.

Every half hour the store allows a new group of people to sift through items in giant blue bins that didn’t sell in Goodwill retail stores.

Clothing and soft goods sell for $1.39 a pound.

Consumers roll their cart onto industrial scales at checkout where they weigh and pay for all there second hand treasures.
