Wildlife team cares for abandoned sea otter pup

An abandoned sea otter pup was found on a beach in Alaska.

It is now receiving care from a wildlife rehabilitation team at the Alaska SeaLife Center in the coastal community of Seward.

The otter up has been deemed non-releasable by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Vets think the animal is about two months old.

The pup has been named "Kasilof" in recognition of the town in Alaska where he was found.
